Good attitude and personality. Able to work as team and take instructions.

Time: 9.30 am – 4pm
Job Description
- To coordinate, providing, responsible for the physical set up of tables, chairs, and other equipment for the event
- Responsible after event to clean up and organize the event area
- To promote and distribute flyers at the event space
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service or explain product to patrons and clients
- To assist in registration and sign ups
- To assist end users in downloading app
- To usher VVIP and VIP
- Perform other duties as assigned
Attendance
Selected applicant must attend briefing and event location setup on 15th September 2018 at 8pm-10pm.
Selected applicant must be at site location of event date 16th September 2018 at 9.30am punctually. Late attendance will be disqualified.
Dress Code
All Support Crew must wear blue jeans and company provided official shirt.
Payment
RM100
Payment will be transferred to bank in 3 working days.

Registration as Event Crew
The Organizer reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to deny or disqualify any person from participating or continuing in the Event (either before or during the event).
(a) Misrepresented their eligibility to participate in the Event at the time of entry; or
(b) Breached any of the conditions of entry set out in this Form or fail to comply with any event organises directions or instructions.
You are to certify that you are physically fit.
To register as a Support Crew, you must be 18 years of age and above.
All Support Crew shall abide the rules and regulations and participate as a volunteer in Event and shall not hold the Organiser, their sponsors, appointed officials or staff responsible for any mishaps injury or loss of life whatsoever that may occur in the course of, or as a result of his/her participation in the event.
The Organiser reserves the right to limit and/or refuse any registration entries.
Conduct & Dress Code
You are required to report punctually at the times stated by the Organiser.
You are required to bring the tag and identification card (IC).
You are strongly encouraged to keep the contact details of your leaders for emergency purposes.
For your own safety, you are strongly advised to wear covered shoes on any working day.
You are expected to wear the volunteer T-shirt, which will be provided to you on the duty day, together with accreditation passes, if applicable, at all time while on duty.
Accreditation passes are non-transferrable and provide access only to areas where you are required to perform your duties.
Volunteer T-shirts are to be kept clean and appearance must be neat and must be returned after event.
No volunteer is permitted to remove or make copies of any documents pertaining to the event without prior approval of the organising team.
Release of any confidential information to unauthorised persons can result in dismissal from duty and could involve you in legal proceedings.
